Day trip to Carcavelos... Just north of Lisbon... Portugese surf scene check... the ocean was looking mighty angry on this day. A storm had just passed through. However behind a ancient looking military base there was a large pack of surfers and bodyboarders getting quick, closing out rides. There was definitly potential at this spot... I think a higher tide, and a decent amount of swell and it would be a lot of fun.
