Got to go to Hawaii!

Going back to Santa Cruz meant going back to school. I dove into the issues surrounding electronic waste at the University of California at Santa Cruz for my final Environmental Studies paper. Interesting.

The following two pictures are of one of my favorite places in Santa Cruz.


The sense of change was in the air, so with some inspiration and assistance from my friends I cut off all my hair.

Been Awhile...

I have left this blog unattended since Christmas 2006. It is now May 25, 2007. I came home to the beautiful Bay Area via a combination of airplane rides in need of some terrapass credits (CPH-SFO totals 4,265 lbs of CO2 each way - www.terrapass.com), San Francisco International Airport, my lovely mother, etc.
It was nice to see this guy.

And this new guy. Sharing some holiday cheer.

It was nice to be back on the coast. Having awesome waves was nice as well.

I unfortunately had to leave the family, friends, and sights of the Bay Area rather hastily, thus the lack of photographic evidence that I was ever there for the generally photogenic Holidays (Familia, got some? Amigos, any photos of joyous New Years celebrations?). Luckily there was another area with a gorgeous bay about 99 miles south. Here are some of it's beautiful inhabitants.
